Biography

Marie-Josée Dumont has developed expertise in the characterization and chemical and biological transformation of a wide range of bioresources into specialty and commodity products. Her research program reveals the enormous potential of residual agricultural biomass and food residues as raw materials for the synthesis of polymers and specialty chemicals.
